        Sends a registration SMS to member identified by msisdn


        The message may contain (depending on Loyalty Club configuration):


        * Generated password, valid for limited time, allows to
        [register](api-3510819) the member.

        * Registration URL. Scheme of this URL is:
        `<registration_url>?otp=<otp>`.
          By default, `registration_url` leads to MPC Webforms page. However, it may by customized by
          providing `registration_url` query param.
